Procurement and Supply of Motor Vehicles, Bus, Motor Bikes and Tricycles
The National Water and Electricity Company Limited (NAWEC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of motor vehicles, a bus, motor bikes and tricycles for the Transport and Facilities Department, through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).

The National Water and Electricity Company Limited (NAWEC) has budgeted funding for the procurement and supply of Motor Vehicles, Bus, Motor Bikes and Tricycles for the Transport and Facilities Department through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
Under the Tender process, there will be a public opening of all bids received. The goods shall be delivered to NAWEC Headquarters Store No. 1, and the required time for the supply of the goods is twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract signature.
A complete set of the Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the e-mail address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GMD 20,000.00. The method of payment is bank transfer, and the receipt of payment is to be submitted to the office of the Senior Procurement Manager.

Supply & Bid Requirements
- The motor vehicles, bus, motor bikes and tricycles must be brand new
- A warranty period of one (1) year is required
- Delivery to NAWEC Headquarters Store No. 1
- Supply within twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract signature
- Bids must be accompanied by a bid security issued by a reputable financial institution in the amount of GMD 3,040,000.00
- Bids must be delivered to the Records Office on or before 12:00 p.m., 30 November 2026
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend
