Senior Regional Manager (NBR / LRR)
NAWEC invites suitably qualified individuals to apply for the position of Senior Regional Manager responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of NAWEC’s regional offices in the North Bank Region and Lower River Region — ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with company standards, and customer satisfaction across both Electricity and Water business units.

The Senior Regional Manager will be responsible for the entire customer value chain across the North Bank Region and Lower River Region and all associated Branches and Cash Offices. The role encompasses new connections, meter reading, payments, service quality and continuity, frontline customer service, customer complaints and requests, and the accurate maintenance of customer records. The successful candidate will put in place, mentor, and develop a team to support the delivery of Customer Services across both regions, and will contribute to the development of NAWEC’s overall Customer Services Group Strategies.
Role Details
- Translate Group Customer Plans into a Regional Business Plan with deliverables and measurable targets
- Deliver KPIs for systematic reporting to the Group Customer Services Director and COOs
- Work effectively with Electricity and Water Business Units, Group Finance, HR, and Corporate Services
- Oversee Commercial Electricity processes: new connections, meter reading, key account support, prepayment services, and customer complaints
- Oversee Commercial Water processes: new connections, meter reading, collection, credit control, and customer complaints
- Manage T&D Electricity and Distribution Water fault management, restoration, and repairs
- Contribute to Revenue Protection, Loss reduction, and Non-Revenue Water programmes
- Deliver NAWEC safety programmes and ensure provision of suitable PPE, tools, and equipment
- Manage the regional financial budget
- Ensure creation and sustainability of the appropriate regional organisation, facilities, and infrastructure
- Master’s qualification — specifically in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Management
- Minimum of 7 years working experience, with at least 5 years at a senior level
- Experience working in a Water or Electricity business, or a business of similar scale and complexity — added advantage
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management skills
- Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing regional teams
- Sound financial acumen with experience managing regional budgets
