Invitation to Bid — Procurement and Supply of Bulk Water Meters
NAWEC invites sealed bids from eligible international and local suppliers for the procurement and supply of bulk water meters to support the operations of the Water and Sewage Business Unit.
Tender Overview
NAWEC has budgeted funding for the Procurement and Supply of Bulk Water Meters and intends to place a contract for the supply and delivery of these goods to support the operations of the Water and Sewage Business Unit (WBU).
Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) in accordance with the requirements of the Gambia Public Procurement Authority Act of 2024. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of the non-refundable document fee.

How to Participate

1Obtain Bidding Documents Submit a written application to the Records Office or email bmboob@nawec.gm and pay the non-refundable document fee of USD 300. Documents will be issued in printed format and via email upon payment.

2Inspect Documents & Submit Clarifications Documents may be inspected at the Records Office, NAWEC, 53 Mamadi Maniyang Highway, Kanifing during office hours (Mon–Thu: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.). Clarification requests must be submitted at least one (1) week before the bid submission deadline.

3Prepare & Submit Sealed Bid with Bid Security Submit your sealed bid together with a bid security of USD 6,000 to the Office of the Managing Director, NAWEC Headquarters, 53 Mamadi Maniyang Highway, Kanifing on or before 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on 14 July 2026.

4Public Bid Opening Bids will be opened publicly at 12:30 p.m. on 14 July 2026 at the Office of the Managing Director, NAWEC Headquarters. Bidders’ representatives are welcome to attend in person.
