Invitation to Bid — Procurement & Supply of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry & Masonry Materials
The National Water and Electricity Company Limited invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement and supply of building materials across three lots, to be delivered to NAWEC Headquarters Store No. 2.
Tender Overview
NAWEC has budgeted funding for the procurement of plumbing and electrical materials, carpentry materials, and masonry materials through National Competitive Bidding (NCB), and intends to place a Framework Contract for the supply and delivery of these goods.
Goods shall be delivered to NAWEC Head Quarters Store No. 2. The first batch must be delivered within six (6) weeks of contract signature; subsequent deliveries within forty-eight (48) hours as and when required. All materials supplied must be brand-new and carry a one (1) year warranty.

How to Participate

1Obtain Bidding Documents Submit a written application to bmboob@nawec.gm and pay the non-refundable document fee of GMD 10,000.00 by bank transfer. Submit payment receipt to the Senior Procurement Manager.

2Inspect Documents & Submit Clarifications Documents may be inspected at the Procurement Department, NAWEC, Mamady Maniyang Highway, Kanifing during office hours (Mon–Thu: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm; Friday: 8:00 am – 12:30 pm). Clarification requests must be submitted at least ten (10) days before the bid submission deadline.

3Prepare & Submit Sealed Bid Submit your sealed bid with valid bid security to the Records Office, NAWEC Headquarters, Mamady Maniyang Highway, Kanifing on or before 12:00 p.m. on 17 June 2026.

4Public Bid Opening Bids will be opened publicly at 12:30 p.m. on 17 June 2026 in the Boardroom, NAWEC Headquarters. Bidders’ representatives are welcome to attend.
