Position: Senior Regional Manager β LRR/NBR
The National Water and Electricity Company (NAWEC) is pleased to invite suitably qualified individuals to apply for the vacant position of Senior Regional Manager, LRR/NBR.
This role will oversee the operations and performance of NAWECβs LRR/NBR regional offices, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with company standards, and customer satisfaction. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management skills.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of customer services across electricity and water in the assigned region
- Manage new connections, meter reading, payments, service quality, and customer complaints
- Lead and mentor regional teams to achieve performance targets
- Translate Group Customer Service Plans into a Regional Business Plan with measurable KPIs
- Report systematically to the Group Customer Services Director and Chief Operating Officers, Electricity and Water
- Collaborate with electricity, water, finance, HR, and corporate services units to improve service delivery
- Ensure safety programs, budget management, and stakeholder engagement are effectively implemented
πΉ Requirements and Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or Management
- Minimum of 10 yearsβ work experience, with at least 5 years at a senior level in water or electricity utilities (or similar scale and complexity)
- Strong leadership, team-building, and strategic planning skills
- Proven ability to drive performance improvement and manage change
