Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the technical direction of projects, making strategic decisions to meet business objectives and deadlines.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging them to continuously improve our development processes and products.
- Efficient software testing techniques.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in software engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in software engineering, with a strong background in Python, Java, PHP, SQL and full-stack web development.
- Previous leadership or management experience, with a track record of successfully leading teams to deliver high-impact projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
