PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
NAWEC informs the general public that it will shut down the 33KV line that links Karpower for preventive maintenance on Wednesday 6th May, 2020. The maintenance will last for only three hours beginning from 10:00am and ending at 1:00PM.
As a result, the Greater Banjul Area will experience interruptions in the power supply during this period.
NAWEC apologizes for the inconvenience this will cause its customers and thanks everyone for their understanding and patience.
Normal service shall be restored as soon as the maintenance is completed.
