Procurement Notice — Hiring of a Security Firm for NAWEC Facilities
The National Water and Electricity Company Limited (NAWEC) invites eligible and qualified security firms to submit proposals for the provision of security services for various NAWEC facilities across The Gambia.

The National Water and Electricity Company Limited (NAWEC) has reserved funds towards the cost of hiring a security firm for the security of various NAWEC facilities. It is intended that part of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.
NAWEC intends to select bidders for the provision of Security Services under this procurement. Proposals were issued on 14 September 2026.
A complete set of bid documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the Procuring Organisation at 53 Mamadi Maniyang Highway, P.O. Box 609, Kanifing, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GMD 10,000.00.
Submissions of proposals must be received in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “Technical and Financial Proposal”, and submitted at the Records Office, NAWEC, 53 Mamadi Maniyang Highway, P.O. Box 609, Kanifing, no later than Monday, 26 October 2026 at 12:00 p.m., clearly referenced: NAWEC/RFP/OT/HSF/02/2026.
Bidders will be advised in due course of the results of their proposals.
