The National Water and Electricity Company (NAWEC) invites qualified and eligible Consultants to submit proposals for Contract Management and Procurement Specialist Services under the Water Supply Project in the Greater Banjul Area (WASIB Project).
This assignment is funded by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD). A portion of the project financing will be applied to procure consultancy services to support contract management and procurement activities within the WASIB Project.
Scope of Services
The Consultant will provide Contract Management and Procurement Specialist services, as detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR) contained in the full RFP document.

Submission Deadline
All proposals must be submitted to the address above no later than 12:00 PM on 27th April 2026.
The opening of proposals will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM, in the presence of representatives who wish to attend.
