
Public Notice – Changes in the operating hours of cash offices

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
NAWEC wishes to inform the general public that effective Friday 1st April 2022, it will embark on the rehabilitation of all customer service centers across the country. This is in line with our quest to improve the quality of customer service delivery.
Phase 1 of this project will include the following branches:
The following branches will therefore be closed for renovations while temporal offices will be opened for customers as follows:
BANJUL
The New Temporal Office will be located some 30 meters from the current office near Serekunda Car Park in Banjul.
LATRIKUNDA
The new temporal office will be located along the tar road behind the water tank.
LONDON CORNER
For all Cash Power purchases and bill payments, cashiers will be located at just two junctions towards Saffedeen from the current NAWEC office. All other customer service operations will be done at the NAWEC Serrekunda Tank.

In observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan, NAWEC wishes to inform the general public that it has made the following changes in the operating hours of its cash offices across the country.
Please note that these changes are temporal and only for the Ramadan period. Normal business and other official transactions will resume immediately after the Koriteh feast.

NAWEC informs the general public that all its branches across the country will close at 6:00 pm every day during the holy month of RAMADAN 2021.
The changes are temporal and only for the Ramadan period. Normal business and other official transactions will resume immediately after the Koriteh prayer.
