NAWEC wishes to inform its esteemed customers and the general public that due to a technical fault the new system has been down for a few hours.
Urgent work has been undertaken to restore the system which is now back on and vending will commence on all platforms by 2 pm today.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to our customers during this time. Service delivery is paramount in the operations of NAWEC.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
NAWEC informs the general public that the migration to the new IMS system has been successful and customers are currently receiving services.
However, a few hitches and delays are being experienced in some of the cash offices. All efforts are being made to address the upcoming issues and our esteem customers are assured that all will be resolved before the end of the day today.
