PUBLIC NOTICE – Digitizing NAWEC Services
In our bid to bring convenience and improve our customer service experience, NAWEC will from the 1st of March, 2022, discontinue the acceptance of all forms of cheque payments towards the settlement of bills and prepayment tokens. Customers are encouraged to use NAWEC’s bank details through direct payments, internal fund transfer and RTGS payment solutions instead.
This development is aimed at digitizing our services thereby bringing real-time payment solutions, reliability, speed and convenience to our valuable customers.
