PUBLIC NOTICE 225kV TRANSMISSION LINE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Government of The Gambia (GOTG), with financing from the World Bank\u2019s Gambia Electricity Restoration and Modernization Project (GERMP), will construct a High Voltage 225 kV Transmission and Distribution line from Brikama to Jabang, where a 225\/33 kV substation will be built on the south-eastern edge of the Salagi Forest Park.<\/p>\n

All those whose land(s) are affected by the Project (especially those located along the High Voltage 225 kV Transmission and Distribution line corridor) are hereby invited to contact staff of SD Focus Ltd, the Consulting firm contracted to implement the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) of the Project at their Office at Latriya village. The Office is located along the Sukuta \u2013 Jambanjelly Highway, adjacent to Sandalee Petrol Station in Latriya and diagonally opposite the Latriya Police Station.<\/p>\n

In particular, the following Project Affected Persons (PAPs) are hereby strongly urged to contact the consultant, SD Focus Ltd at their Office in Latriya:<\/p>\n
