The supply of HFO shall take the form of a framework contract over a period of One (1) year.<\/p>\n<p>Specification and other requirements will be stated in the Bidding Document.<\/p>\n<p>A complete set of Bidding Document may be purchased by interested bidders at a fee of <strong>USD 300.00 (Three Hundred US Dollars Only). <\/strong>Payment is to be made to NAWEC <strong>First International Bank Limited<\/strong> <strong>Account No. 04.108-001382-05. <\/strong>The receipt of payment shall be submitted to the Procurement Office at 53 Mamadi Maniyang Highway, Kanifing, before collecting the Bidding Document.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bids must be submitted electronically by email to <a href=\"mailto:jmurray@azorom.com\">jmurray@azorom.com<\/a> and <a href=\"mailto:fkinteh@nawec.gm\">fkinteh@nawec.gm<\/a> and locked with a password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The email must have the subject \u2018\u2019<strong>Procurement of 95,000 Metric Tonnes of Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO)\u2019\u2019.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The deadline for submission of bids is on <strong>Tuesday 10<sup>th<\/sup> November 2020.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bids will be opened virtually on the same day at 12:30 PM<\/strong> (immediately after closure of bid submission).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bids must be accompanied by a <strong>Bid Security of 3%<\/strong> of the bid amount and a bid <strong>validity of 120 days.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INVITATION TO BID The National Water and Electricity Company Ltd (NAWEC) desires to engage the services of a qualified supplier to supply 95,000 Metric Tonnes of Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) for its operations.
