{"id":356,"date":"2019-10-14T13:13:26","date_gmt":"2019-10-14T13:13:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nawec.gm\/?p=356"},"modified":"2019-10-14T13:22:46","modified_gmt":"2019-10-14T13:22:46","slug":"vacancy-group-corporate-services-director","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawec.gm\/?p=356","title":{"rendered":"Vacancy Group Corporate Services Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Group Corporate \u00a0Services Director will be responsible for delivery of critical shared services throughout NAWEC including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Group Information Technology<\/li>\n<li>Group Facilities- Property, Transport<\/li>\n<li>Group Procurement and Materials<\/li>\n<li>Group Public Relations and Communications<\/li>\n<li>Group Safety &amp; Security<\/li>\n<li>Group Environment<\/li>\n<li>Group Legal Services<\/li>\n<li>Developing service level agreements with NAWEC Divisions\u00a0 to deliver efficient and effective\u00a0 shared services for Internal Customers<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to NAWEC\u2019s overall strategic development<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring creation and sustainability of an appropriate organisation\u00a0 for Corporate Services staffed by well trained well motivated personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Developing a performance management environment driven by performance indicators from Business Plans.<\/li>\n<li>Leading NAWEC change programme in Corporate Services and communicates systematically with all stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful applicant will have :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A recognized Professional 3rd Level Qualification ideally to Masters level<\/li>\n<li>Have extensive experience and exposure to provision of shared services at a senior level in an organisation of similar size and scale as NAWEC .<\/li>\n<li>Have a strong strategic inclination and a belief in the necessity for planning and reporting against performance indicators .<\/li>\n<li>Have evident leadership skills with capacity to inspire others and mobilise them to support NAWEC\u2019s transformation<\/li>\n<li>Grasp the strategic force of a well-trained and developed workforce .<\/li>\n<li>Have the ability to visualise, articulate and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and make decisions that make sense based on all available information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply. <\/strong>Please send an e-mail\u00a0 to <a href=\"mailto:msise@azorom.com\">msise@azorom.com<\/a>\u00a0 expressing your interest and indicating the position you are interested in along with a brief resume.
