{"id":354,"date":"2019-10-14T13:11:11","date_gmt":"2019-10-14T13:11:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nawec.gm\/?p=354"},"modified":"2019-10-14T13:23:26","modified_gmt":"2019-10-14T13:23:26","slug":"vacancy-group-customer-services-director","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawec.gm\/?p=354","title":{"rendered":"Vacancy Group Customer Services Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new Group Customer Services Director will be charged with a complete transformation in NAWEC\u2019s Customer Service- identifying and developing all culture, process and performance improvements and efficiencies for the\u00a0customer\u00a0and leading the change<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Group Customer Services Director will help define, design and implement NAWEC\u2019s determination to put its customers at the centre of its business strategies.<\/li>\n<li>S\/He will contribute significantly to NAWEC\u2019s strategic direction by ensuring the transformation of NAWEC\u2019s entire customer relations infrastructure across all of the Gambia.<\/li>\n<li>S\/He will deliver new customer processes and communications channels to deliver optimum service and respond quickly and decisively to customer enquiries and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>S\/He will be responsible for the efforts, results and success of the Customer Service teams across NAWEC and to this end s\/he will be expected to build a\u201d Customer First\u201d ethos across the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful applicant will be :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professionally qualified ideally to Masters level<\/li>\n<li>Have extensive experience of Customer Service management at a senior level in an organisation of similar size and scale as NAWEC .<\/li>\n<li>Have a strong strategic inclination and a belief in the necessity for planning for Customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Have evident leadership skills with capacity to inspire others and mobilise them to support NAWEC\u2019s transformation programme especially its determination to build a \u201cCustomer Centric\u201d ethos<\/li>\n<li>Grasp the strategic force of a well-trained and developed workforce and understand the criticality of front line customer service teams<\/li>\n<li>Have the ability to visualise, articulate and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and make decisions that make sense based on all available information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply. <\/strong>Please send an e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:msise@azorom.com\">msise@azorom.com<\/a>\u00a0 expressing your interest and indicating the position you are interested in along with a brief resume.
