The purpose of the works is to improve the quality and stability of electricity supply within the Greater Banjul Area. As a result of the works, there will be power outages in the following areas at different times of the day:<br \/>\nSerrekunda London<br \/>\nFajara MRC area<br \/>\nBakoteh<br \/>\nKotu Layout<br \/>\nManjai<br \/>\nPart of Kololi<br \/>\nSukuta<br \/>\nNew Town<br \/>\nAmerican Embassy area<br \/>\nPart of Bakau New Town<br \/>\nMile 7<br \/>\nOld Jewswang<br \/>\nPart of Cape Town<br \/>\nOld Bakau<br \/>\nNovotel area<br \/>\nBB Hotel area<br \/>\nBadala hotel area<\/p>\n<p>The planned works are expected to last about 3 to 4 hours and are expected to be completed before 6pm.
