It sets out all material measures, actions, timelines, and institutional responsibilities that the Government \u2014 through NAWEC&#8217;s PIU \u2014 must carry out to ensure the project is implemented in full compliance with the World Bank&#8217;s Environmental and Social Standards (ESSs).
