The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management skills.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\ud83d\udd39 Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee delivery of customer services across electricity and water in the assigned region<\/li>\n<li>Manage new connections, meter reading, payments, service quality, and customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor regional teams to achieve performance targets<\/li>\n<li>Translate Group Customer Service Plans into a Regional Business Plan with measurable KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Report systematically to the <strong>Group Customer Services Director<\/strong> and <strong>Chief Operating Officers, Electricity and Water<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with electricity, water, finance, HR, and corporate services units to improve service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Ensure safety programs, budget management, and stakeholder engagement are effectively implemented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\ud83d\udd39 Requirements and Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or Management<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years\u2019 work experience, with at least 5 years at a senior level in water or electricity utilities (or similar scale and complexity)<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, team-building, and strategic planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive performance improvement and manage change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\ud83d\udd39 Competencies<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategy Development: Contributes to Customer Services Vision, Values, and strategic plan<\/li>\n<li>Business Planning: Ability to develop a Business Plan for <strong>LRR\/NBR<\/strong> and align with group strategies<\/li>\n<li>Change Management: Proactively leads change initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Team Building: Builds strong teams and motivates them to deliver targets<\/li>\n<li>Leadership: Inspires by articulating vision and leading by example<\/li>\n<li>Professional Knowledge: Keeps up to date with electricity and water technologies<\/li>\n<li>Results Orientation: Achieves and surpasses targets through monitoring and performance management<\/li>\n<li>Systems: Harnesses IT to solve customer service challenges<\/li>\n<li>Operational Procedures: Pursues continuous improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Staff Development: Recognizes the strategic importance of a trained workforce<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills: Solves complex problems and makes sound decisions<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management: Identifies and responds appropriately to stakeholder needs<\/li>\n<li>Safety: Energized by improving safety standards and preventing loss of life<\/li>\n<li>Financial Acumen: Ensures decisions are fiscally responsible and budget sensitive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\ud83d\udd39 Compensation and Benefits<\/h3>\n<p>Competitive and attractive.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\ud83d\udd39 How to Apply<\/h3>\n<p>Interested candidates should send an email to <strong>recruitment@nawec.gm<\/strong>, referencing the position being applied for.
