  1. The National Water and Electricity company Ltd (hereinafter called “Client<\/strong>“) has received <\/em>financing from Agence Fran\u00e7aise de D\u00e9veloppement<\/em> (“AFD<\/strong>“) toward the cost of THE WASIB PROJECT <\/em>The Client intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under the Contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.<\/li>\n
  2. The Client now invites Proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services<\/strong>“): Implementation of Gender Action Plan of WASIB PROJECT. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section VII).<\/li>\n
