Reporting Relationships<\/strong><\/td>\nReport to the Group Finance Director through the Senior Manager Financial Accounting and Reporting<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/td>\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in accordance with applicable accounting standards.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring compliance with local regulations, international accounting standards, and company policies.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Conducting financial analyses to assess the company’s performance and provide insights for management decision-making.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Manager for Accounting and Reporting, Coordinate and direct the preparation of NAWEC\u2019s annual budget and design the associated program for delivery by the business units and directorates.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintenance of reporting tools for the management reporting process<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Implementing and monitoring internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Contribute to company financial strategy and decision-making processes.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Recommend strategies to reduce costs after considered analysis.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Perform regular controlling procedures to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Act as a point of contact for external auditors on any technical accounting matters and manage relationships with external and internal auditors to ensure audits add value for NAWEC. Ensure internal coordination to facilitate a smooth closing process.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Leading, Managing, and developing Financial Reporting and Financial Controlling team.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/td>\nACCA qualified with minimum 3 years relevant (financial reporting or financial control) experience.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
