Under the Tender process, there will be a public opening of all bids received as stated in 9 below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The <strong>National Water and Electricity Company<\/strong> has budgeted funds for the <strong>Construction of Perimeter Fences and Building Rehabilitation. It is intended that part of these funds <\/strong>will be applied to eligible payments under the <strong>Construction of Perimeter Fences and Building Rehabilitation<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>National Water and Electricity Company<\/strong> now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the <strong>Construction of Perimeter Fences and Building Rehabilitation. (3) months<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Bidding will be conducted through the <strong>National Competitive Bidding<\/strong> procedure in accordance with the
