The document will be given in printed format and or via email upon payment and requesting the said document on written application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>The deadline for submission of inquiries and requests for clarifications is <strong>Ten (10) days before the deadline for bid submission<\/strong>.
