LETTER OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS<\/h2>\n

Procurement No(s): NAWEC\/RFP\/NCB\/WNS\/006\/2022<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

  1. National Water and Electricity Company Limited (NAWEC) has reserved funds in Gambian Dalasi <\/strong>towards the cost of Procuring Wireless Network Infrastructure for Connectivity of NAWEC Sites.<\/strong> It is intended that part of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract(s) for which this Request for Proposals is issued.<\/li>\n
  2. NAWEC<\/strong> intends to solicit bids for the following service contract under this Procurement of Wireless Network Infrastructure for Connectivity of NAWEC Sites. <\/strong>It is expected that Proposals will be issued from 24th<\/sup><\/strong> January 2023<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. A complete set of documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Procuring Organisation at 53 Mamadi Maniyang Highway, PO Box 609, Kanifing or by Email to <\/strong>ksambou@nawec.gm<\/strong><\/a> \/ <\/strong>fkinteh@nawec.gm<\/strong><\/a> and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GMD 3,000.00<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Proposals must be received in sealed envelopes clearly marked Technical and Financial Proposal<\/strong> and submitted at the office of the Managing Director of NAWEC at<\/strong> 53 Mamadi Maniyang Highway, PO Box 609, Kanifing<\/strong> no later than 23rd<\/sup><\/strong> February 2023 at 11:00AM<\/strong> and be clearly marked \u201cProposal for Supply and Installation of Wireless Network Infrastructure for Connectivity of NAWEC Sites and referenced<\/strong> NAWEC\/RFP\/<\/strong>NCB<\/strong>\/<\/strong>WNS<\/strong>\/00<\/strong>6<\/strong>\/202<\/strong>2.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Bidders are requested to acknowledge receipt of the request for proposals, and to inform the Procuring Organisation whether they will be submitting a proposal.<\/li>\n
  6. A bid security<\/strong> will be required in the following amount or in any easily convertible currency: GMD 300,000.00.<\/strong><\/li>\n
