Job Title: Civil Works Officer
Role Summary The Civil Works Officer is responsible for the maintenance, coordination and management of facilities at the National Water and Electricity Company (NAWEC)
Reports to: Manager Facilities and Security.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Professional certification will be a plus
Other Person Specifications:
- Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance, space optimization and ground maintenance.
- Strong organization, ability to lead and manage numerous teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to excellent report writing skills.
- Crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and security.
- Knowledge of the water and electricity industry.
